Consecrations and more

I've had the pleasure of photographing a number of consecration services. A thorough knowledge of the service itself enables me to be in the right place at the right time to capture the key moments as they happen.

Being as discrete as possible, I only move during louder parts of the service, capturing the emotion and build-up of the whole event.

I was privileged to photograph the consecration of Libby Lane - the UK's first female bishop - a historic moment, but have photographed numerous consecration services for York Minster, the Diocese of York, Diocese of Sodor & Man, Diocese of Sheffield, Diocese of Liverpool and Diocese of Newcastle.
